doola Powers US Company Formation Inside Durable's AI Business Platform

Distributed by Deep Data Fusion · Originally issued via Newswire

NEW YORK, November 5, 2026 (Newswire.com) - doola, the AI Business-in-a-Box™ solution for global entrepreneurs, has integrated its Formation API into Durable, the AI platform behind more than 11 million websites. A business owner using Durable to build a site can now form a US Company inside the same product, instead of being handed off to a separate incorporation service. doola submits the state filing, obtains the EIN and assigns the registered agent.

Durable is the first marquee website builder to embed doola's Formation API, following other major integrations with Ramp, Whop, Naïve, HelloGov and Incorpify.

Each formation placed through Durable includes the state business filing, articles of organization, an EIN, a registered agent for the first year and a business address. doola's Formation API supports LLCs and C Corporations in all 50 states. Inside Durable, the flow is primarily scoped to US LLCs, the entity types its service-business audience files most often.

Durable's core promise is a working website in 30 seconds. The owners taking it up are plumbers, cleaners, trainers, groomers, caterers and consultants, mostly US-based, often one person deep and frequently pre-revenue. A large share of them have a brand, a booking page and a phone number, but no entity behind any of it, and therefore no EIN and nothing to open a business bank account with.

The asymmetry is the point. The website takes half a minute. The company behind it means finding a filing service, waiting on the state, chasing an EIN, appointing a registered agent and finding an address that is not the founder's apartment.

In March 2026, Durable expanded from website builder to an end-to-end AI business platform, generating SEO, agents, CRM, payments and social from a single prompt. Formation is the next module in that sequence and the first one Durable did not build itself.

"The website is usually the first thing a service business builds, and the company behind it is usually the last," said Arjun Mahadevan, Founder and CEO of doola. "Durable closes that gap by putting doola's Formation API in the same place people already go to get online."

A Durable user sees formation as a step inside the product they are already in. They provide the business name, the state and the ownership details, and Durable submits the filing through doola. There is no second account to create, no separate vendor to evaluate and no point where the flow hands them to a different brand and asks them to start over.

Formation was a greenfield opportunity for Durable, so the decision was driven by the potential for a long-term relationship rather than switching costs.

doola's in-house teams handle both formation and registered agent services instead of white-labeling them through a third party. That distinction becomes more valuable after formation. An owner who forms an LLC in October will later need an annual report and a registered agent renewal, with both remaining under the same provider.

Durable is the latest category of platform to put doola formation inside its own product, and each one reaches a different user.

  • Ramp covers fintech, for venture-backed startups incorporating as C Corporations.
  • Whop covers marketplaces, for creators and merchants forming LLCs.
  • Naïve covers AI agents, where the entity is formed by software rather than by a founder clicking through a flow.
  • HelloGov covers people renewing a passport or applying for a visa who also want to start and run a US business.
  • Incorpify covers founders managing their business across the US, the GCC, and Europe.
  • Durable covers website builders, where the owner is a service business that started with a site and needs a company behind it.

Durable was founded in 2022 by James Clift and has raised $20 million, including a $14 million Series A led by Spark Capital in December 2023. Three million business owners have used the platform, which holds a 4.8 rating on Trustpilot.

The pattern doola keeps encountering is that nobody wakes up wanting to incorporate. They want to take bookings, accept payments, get found in search and open a bank account. The entity is what stands in between.

Platforms interested in adding company formation can reach the doola team.
